As a complete denim weaving set-up we provide speed to market and produce premium denim fabrics for high-end customers all over the globe. We have dedicated ourselves to creating an optimized facility. We are at the forefront of sustainability by using eco-friendly raw materials and processes such as recycled cotton, recycled polyester, Organic Cotton and sustainable Viscose and environmental-friendly Tencel (Lyocell & Modal) fibers. Our onsite recycling is done to maintain quality and cleanliness to the environment. We are also working on eliminating hazardous materials from our production waste.

Denim the term has developed from the city of Nimes in France denim produced for the first-ever. From the history, it is known that in the 19th-century heavy cotton fabrics were produced in the Rhone Valley region of France which were known as Tissue de Nimes and Blue de Genes. Today Denim and Jeans terms are derived from those designations. Generally, denim is a heavy fabric that is made from 100% cotton and woven from coarse indigo dyed warp and grey un-dyed weft yarn. Traditionally produced denim is hard-wearing, high-density fabrics containing a high mass per unit area and 3/1 or 2/1- twill weave construction.

Weaving:Weaving consists of Airjet Dobby looms from Pinacol. The Belgium /Italian/ Swiss technology enables weaving of all type of denim fabrics in weights from 4oz to 15oz. All machines are centrally monitored and controlled to produce defects free quality.
